Meet Spencer's Apiary located in Lake Orion, Michigan. We discovered them through our other beekeeper friends and could not wait to try their local honey!  This special variety of Buckwheat honey is amazing! 

This jar is packed with 12 ounces of pure, raw Michigan buckwheat honey.  The pour is very dark and rich - both in appearance and in flavor.  Also, buckwheat is a highly sought after source of honey and is considered one of the most powerful medicinal honeys available, rivaling even New Zealands' Manuka.  We love it with pancakes, oatmeal, tea, coffee. Also great by the teaspoon to add to your nutrional morning diet!
